View this post on Instagram Reminiscing on one of our only pain-free flips/projects 😅 David and I were talking about how our most recent flips have been headaches with a capital H - God wants to let us know that it’s not this easy all of the time! We have also been doing very large-scale projects compared to our previous ones and pushing ourselves on different projects. You can’t grow if you don’t change and get uncomfortable. This project finished on-time (ish 😅), on-budget (no misc contingency needed) & had multiple offers leading to a bidding war within 24 hours 😅 I remember the neighborhood called for darker kitchens and those busy mosaic backsplashes that I can’t stand 😷 We met the busy backsplash in the middle and decided to add a feature strip instead of having an overbearing, hectic design! I just couldn’t do it lol Can we do another flip like this one, please?
